Verkoop OAK start op 30 september 2022!

Het is bijna zover, de verkoop van OAK gaat van start op 30 september 2022!
Vanaf 30 september zijn de belangrijkste verkoopstukken online beschikbaar op de website onder het kopje downloads. Hier vind je o.a. de verkoopbrochure, de VON prijslijst, de technische omschrijving, koperskeuzelijst en de verkooptekeningen. Natuurlijk is het ook mogelijk om telefonisch contact te leggen met de makelaars die je graag van alle informatie over de woningen voorzien. Of loop even binnen bij Van Santvoort makelaars. 

Inschrijfperiode 

Vanaf 30 september 12.00 uur tot en met zondag 16 oktober 23:59 kun je jezelf middels het online inschrijfformulier op de website Eindhoven - Oak - Eindhoven - Oak (oakbosrijk.nl) officieel inschrijven voor de woning(en) van je voorkeur. Op het inschrijfformulier heb je de mogelijkheid om je in te schrijven op 10 voorkeurs woningen, dit kan ook een mix van typen zijn. Begin op het inschrijfformulier met de woning of kavel van je hoogste voorkeur. Inschrijven kan gedurende de hele inschrijfperiode, er wordt niet gekeken naar het moment of tijdstip van inschrijven. Denk dus goed na over je voorkeuren voordat je het inschrijfformulier invult. Vul één inschrijfformulier in per gezinssamenstelling, meerdere inschrijvingen binnen een gezinssamenstelling worden uitgesloten.

Toewijzing en procedure
De toewijzing/loting van de woningen zal in de week van plaatsvinden volgens de verkoopprocedures. De definitieve verkoopprocedures zijn in te zien op de website www.oakbosrijk.nl/downloads

Lees de verkoopprocedures alvast aandachtig door zodat je je zo goed mogelijk voor kunt bereiden op de inschrijfperiode. We raden je aan om alvast je financiële mogelijkheden te bespreken met een financieel adviseur. Om je financiële gegoedheid aan te tonen dien je een schrijven van een financieel adviseur bij te voegen op het inschrijfformulier. Hierover lees je alles terug in de verkoopprocedure(s). Denk ook goed na of je een financieringsvoorbehoud wil maken.

In de week van 17 oktober vindt de (verwachte) loting plaats en zal de makelaar alle inschrijvers berichten of ze één van de woningen van de voorkeur kunnen toewijzen. De loting is niet openbaar bij te wonen.

Na toewijzing van de woning volgt er een verkoopgesprek bij Van Santvoort makelaars en daar is alle gelegenheid om vragen te stellen om een goede afweging tot aankoop te kunnen maken. Indien er afgezien wordt van de aankoop volgt er een afspraak met een reserve-kandidaat voor het desbetreffende bouwnummer. We streven op deze manier naar een optimale bezetting van alle woningen zodat er snel gestart kan worden met de bouw van dit unieke project. 

Oak sales start on September 30, 2022!

It's almost time, the OAK sales start on friday September 30, 2022!
The most important sales items will be available on the website on September 30 under the tab downloads. Here you will find the sales brochure, the VON (free of charge) price list, the technical description, the options list, and house drawings. Of course, you can also contact the real estate agent by telephone who is happy to provide you with all the information about the properties. Or you can visit the office of Van Santvoort Makelaars in Eindhoven. 

Registration period
From friday September 30, 12.00 pm to Sunday, October 16, 23:59 you can register yourself through the online registration form on the website Eindhoven -  Oak - Eindhoven - Oak (oakbosrijk.nl). On the registration form, you can register for 10 preferred homes of any type. Start on the registration form with the house of your highest preference. Registration is possible during the entire period; the moment or time of registration is not considered. So, think carefully about your preferences before you fill out the form. Complete one registration form per family composition, multiple registrations within a family composition are excluded.

Allocation and procedure
The allocation/drawing of the houses will take place in the week from 17 october 2022, according to the sales procedures. The final sales procedures can be viewed on the website www.oakbosrijk.nl/downloads

Read the sales procedures carefully so that you can prepare yourself properly for the registration. We recommend that you discuss your financial options in advance with a financial advisor. To demonstrate your financial solvency, you must include a letter from a financial advisor on the registration form. You can read everything about this in the sales procedure(s). Also, think carefully about whether you want to make a financing condition.

 The (expected) draw will take place in the week of October 17, and the real estate agent will inform all tenderers whether they can assign one of the preferred homes. The draw is not open to the public.

 After the allocation of a house, an appointment will be made with Van Santvoort Makelaars (estate agents) where you can ask questions to make a good decision about the purchase. If the purchase is waived, a reserve candidate will be appointed. In this way, we strive for optimal occupancy of all homes so that the construction of this unique project can start
